BRAISED LUNG WITH YOGHURT

BRAISED LUNG WITH YOGHURT recipe:

• 1 lamb’s lung
• ½ cup of vegetable oil
• 1 cup of garlic yoghurt
• fl aked red pepper, salt
• ½ cup of water

Chop the lungs into dice-size cubes. Fry the cubes in
vegetable oil. Add the water, close the lid and let it
simmer. Add the salt. Put the contents into an oval
dish. Pour garlic yoghurt over the food. Sprinkle
fl aked red peppers.
