AUBERGINE CULLAMA

AUBERGINE ÇULLAMA  recipe:

• 6 large aubergines
• parsley, black pepper, red
pepper and salt
• 2 medium sized onions
• ½ cup of vegetable oil
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 large bell pepper
• 2 cloves of garlic

Grill the aubergines, bell peppers and tomatoes on embers.
Peel and chop the grilled vegetables into very small pieces.
Cut semicircles out of onions. Chop the parsley, and crush
the garlic cloves. Mix all the ingredients.
